Threads carefully selected from the factory meet tones in the dyehouses that reflect the soul of the collection. Color is more than a visual choice; it is the first step that defines the character of the fabric, the warmth of its touch, and the expression of the design. Throughout the dyeing process, each thread seems to breathe in harmony with nature’s own rhythm, forming an invisible balance between color and texture.

SPECIAL TEXTURES – PATTERNS

Next, the fabric is produced with special textures tailored to the needs of the collection, offering softness and comfort together. Every centimeter carries the mark of craftsmanship, and every touch reflects our commitment to quality. When our fabrics reach the factory, a new stage begins—the meticulous world of the cutting department.

In the cutting room, preparations are made according to the structure of the fabric. The patterns carefully created by our modeling team are transferred onto paper templates using our in-house plotter device, adjusted precisely to the width of the fabric. This stage is where technical expertise dances with design. Once the patterns are ready, they are placed onto the fabric layers with the utmost care, because every detail defines the elegance of the final product.

The cut pieces are then carried to the sewing department. Here, parts patiently assembled by skilled hands transform into the tangible form of the design. Each stitch is not just a connection, but a symbol of completeness. This stage—where fabric evolves from thread into design—stands at the very heart of H&C’s production spirit.

Products that come out of the sewing department are carefully pressed in the ironing section. At this stage, the fabric’s form, texture, and posture take their final shape. The products then pass through the meticulous eyes of our quality control team; every stitch, every detail, every millimeter is examined with precision. For us, “quality” is not just a word — it is a principle, a stance.

In baby groups, especially in delicate items such as bodysuit production, snap fasteners are applied after sewing. At this stage, both safety and comfort are top priorities. Every product must be pure and soft enough to touch a baby’s skin.

Finally, the packaging process begins. Each product is prepared with refined care before being delivered to shipment; its cleanliness, order, and presentation all carry the signature of H&C. Because we believe that producing a product is not enough — delivering it is also an art.
