What you need to know about H&C products.

H&C manufactures locally in the wholesale ready-to-wear textile industry. Below, you can find brief answers to the most frequently asked questions about fabric composition, size ranges, care recommendations, delivery processes and dealership/wholesale purchasing for our product groups.

We select the most suitable techniques according to the details of your design and the type of fabric. Our main services are: Digital Printing (DTG/DTF) for high-resolution, multi-colour visuals; Embroidery for a durable, premium look; and Transfer Printing for delicate surfaces. Upon special request and depending on quantity, we can also provide partner solutions for other printing techniques such as screen printing.

For summer products (t-shirts), we use breathable, lightweight jersey fabrics in the 150–180 g/m² range. For winter products (hoodies/sweatshirts), we prefer heavier fabrics that provide thermal insulation, such as 3-thread brushed fleece (soft, fleecy inside) or 2-thread unbrushed fabrics for mid-season use.

We offer a wide range of fits including Standard, Comfort (Relaxed) and Oversize. In your orders, you can combine men’s and women’s fits with children’s sizes in any ratio you wish. The final size breakdown is clarified at the quotation stage.

Our products and prints are subjected to professional wash-resistance tests. With the right pairing of fabric and printing technique, our prints are long-lasting. As long as the care instructions (washing inside out, at low temperature) are followed, the risk of fading or cracking is kept to a minimum.

For standard blank t-shirt and sweatshirt/hoodie purchases, we keep the minimum order quantity flexible to make things easier for our customers. However, to benefit fully from price advantages, we generally recommend orders of 50–100 pieces and above.

In children’s clothing, our highest priority is safety. We use 100% pure cotton in our products, choose nickel-free snaps that have passed print-safety tests, and use Azo-Free (non-allergenic) certified dyes in all dyeing processes.

For high-volume orders, we offer sample production so that you can see the print placement and quality physically before mass production. Once you approve how your design looks on the fabric, we proceed to main production.

1. Fabric weight and yarn type (3-thread/brushed is the most expensive),
2. Order quantity (as the quantity increases, the unit cost decreases),
3. Printing technique and colour (multi-colour digital printing or embroidery applications increase the unit cost).

For a fast and error-free printing process, we generally ask you to send your design files in vector format (AI, PDF, EPS). These formats preserve the print quality at all sizes. If you do not have a vector file or only have an image,
our graphic support team will help you make your design ready for printing.

Starting the process is very simple: just share with us the type of product you need (hoodie/t-shirt), the approximate quantity and the artwork of the print you would like to apply. Based on this basic information, our team will provide you with a detailed quotation as soon as possible and then initiate the sample/design approval steps.
